When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show. My canvas print arrived in the mail today (as expected!) First off, the canvas made is for a christmas present and is absolutely amazing! The quality is better than I imagined.
