Hi everyone at Keen! I just wanted to say thank you. Our replace pictures have arrived and although FedEx did their best to damage them again, your careful inner packaging kept them in perfect condition. I happily mounted one this morning and my office looks great! Now when I see this, not only will I be tempted need of my daughter who bought the print for me, but you folks as well. There is a lot of love and care in this picture.

Thank you. I have received the last shipment and the double mats are perfect. They are in frames on the wall now and look great. Thanks for your excellent customer service on getting this right in the end. I can't hide my disappointment with your quality control considering this order was placed Feb 1st. Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the floating frame I ordered. It is beautifully made and the quality is outstanding.
