My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. Recieved my panels and they look beautiful!!!!! Even nicer than expected. I'm so excited to paint on them. I've only ever painted on smaller art panels at 12x16, other than canvas. I like the finished product on wood much better so I'd be looking at buying everyhing from you if its affordable.

I am thrilled with my two frames (with liners) for a variety of reasons: (1) Website was very well organized and easy to use. (I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. While it took a couple of weeks to receive the frames and they are a tad pricey, I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
