To be able to reproduce artwork by another artist you have to make sure that (1) you have consent by the artist to reproduce it, (2) you have copyright ownership of it, or (3) the artist has been dead for over 75 years. For classic paintings (by Van Gogh, Monet, etc.), there are no copyright laws and they are considered public domain as long as the reproducers do not claim that their work is the original. Paintings that fall into this category can be reproduced by us. |
